25 frames per sec runs in video. (29 fps in U.s)
that would mean 25 digital pictures. refer to cell animation of old school cartoons frame by frame and played.

even in live telecast and recorded video. the video colors are corrected by applying different filters on video such as, sharpness, brightness & contrast, color correction, video processing on raw footage (since actual footage will be dis satisfying). chroma techniques at the back of anchor. animation played at the back fooling people as though big screens are placed at back. something which is not present in reality and made in such a way to believe it is there.

a good digital camera can actually capture a nice picture with those color correction built in features so don't have to manually apply the art of image/video processing techniques.

different categories
1.the matter of painting living things (in print form, traditional media with brush)
2.live telecast (time base media, with the reflection of camera) it is there for sometime and then it is not.
3.live/recorded digital video (as evidence against culprits, crimes, law and order, security, monitoring )
4.recorded digital video ( entertainment glamor industry music, misleading... etc )
5.recorded digital video ( islamic lectures, related to knowledge )

1. print and taking as memorable
2. saved digital/print evidence,
3. video lecture of muslim scholar in indonesia viewed in somalia. (even without beautifying and makeups)

the person dies but still he is recorded in video forms.
recording of time which has past.

Assalamu alaykum.

Check Maqaalaat Kauthari (pg 79) for Allamah Kautharies refutation on Muhammad Bakhit al-Muti’i. Also, study further how modern technology works. You will find that a picture is first captured before being broadcasted. I Believe that MANY SENIOR SCHOLARS OF PAKISTAN recently refuted Hazrat Mufti Taqi Saheb openly for his view. And Allah Ta'ala knows best.
