Shaykh Abu Yusuf Riyadh ul Haq is scheduled to deliver a talk entitled ‘The Miraculous Achievements of Rasulullah ??? ???? ???? ???? on Saturday 24th February 2007 at the Azhar Academy, London. This event is for brothers and sisters and the talk will commence after Esha salah (7:30 pm).

I was at the Bukhari lesson last night where Shaykh delivered yet another exceptionally inspiring lecture. Afterwards, Shaykh spoke of the coming month of Rabee’ul-Awwal and its significance and said that he planned to speak at a number of locations throughout the month on the Seerah of our beloved Nabi (saw).

The way he described his talk this coming Saturday in London took my breath away. Shaykh expressed his desire to speak on this noble topic from an angle that has rarely been tackled – from an angle that explains that whilst we accept, believe and cherish all the miracles of Rasulullah (saw) the fact that an illiterate orphan child, from the middle of a desert, from an area that had little or no history who came from a people steeped in ignorance and with little contact with the outside world apart from a trading route to Shaam, came and changed the world for ever.

Shaykh wishes to speak about the fact that this child (saw) grew up and changed minds, destroyed whole empires, created new societies, united the whole Arab world and with his words acting as the basis for all future philosophical, psychological, and theological endeavours, law, and financial systems, scientific discoveries and governmental methodologies till the end of time – and whose name resonates across the whole world every second of the day.

This speech will be inspiring inshallah; it will also be a speech that non Muslims would also appreciate and be inclined towards. Bring yourselves, friends including any non Muslim you think may benefit from it and be absorbed by the life of our beloved Rasulullah (saw)
