Before the month of Ramadan begins this is an ideal way to rebalance ourselves, be it physically, emotional or spiritually. To reconnect with that which is real. There will be lectures and practical tips on how to improve your life style, such as dietary indications, exercise, mental and spiritual practices. We will be drawing from the Quran and Sunnah as well as Traditional Chinese medicine, western herbal medicine, Iridology, Psychotherapy and Naturopathy. This will hopefully lead us to a wholistic approach to our health.
The event will be held on the 7th to the 10th of September at the picturesque mountain retreat of Alqueria de Rosales in Granada, Spain.
Apart from the lectures, the scenery is breathtaking; you can sit, relax, reflect, talk with likeminded people, go for country walks, swim or arrange a trip into Granada itself and Chi Gung classes.
About the lectures;
Shabnum Dharamsi; lecture title; “A quite calm. A still heart. Passion, Courage and contentment.” Discover the extraordinary potential, this workshop is based on the Islamic science of the self.
Aftab Malik; lecture title; Five Element Acupuncture.
Muhammad Tahir; lecture title; “It’s all in the eyes”; an explanation of how Iridology works and how to treat the patient with herbs and correct living drawing from the Quran and Sunnah.
The price for this workshop will be 270 Euros per person for shared accommodation and 330 Euros per person for family type rooms this includes 3 meals per day, accommodation lectures and pick up and return to the airport, which is a beautiful journey in itself!
