Chris, that article you linked is written with such a huge 'Western' bias it actually holds no value. The report is written and compiled by the most pro democracy, war mongering people you can get. These are the same people who are spreading Democracy by the bullet and F16's.

Firstly, i personally wouldn't believe a damn word they say, which is based upon the the fact that as soon as they open their mouth or touch their keypad, lies pour out as rapidly and as freely as water falling off Niagara Falls. Secondly, it is in American political interest to create fear of Islam, Muslims and, in this case, Iran.

I would also point out that if a country is threatened with war (like Iran is by the USA et al) it would be prudent to actually know what to do in time of war. So the idea that there is something wrong, inappropriate in the actions of Iran (if we are to assume for argument sake the report is true) is very hypocritical to say the least.

The UK, USA and Canada, to name just three, are nations that train, teach, arm, and indoctrinate their young people all the time about who is right and wrong in regard to international affairs.
