I grew up in a practising Catholic family, I went to three Catholic Primary Schools and a Catholic Secondary School that were run by the church and we were taught by nuns and priests along with other parishioners. The Trinity was taught to us from an early age by every single one of these people and not once did I fully understand it – even when they tried to use metaphors like Ice, water and air, the clover or an egg shell, yolk and white I couldn’t quite grasp it.
But now I can sleep easy as I have finally found something that makes sense. Hurray!
