I am Ummer Melmuri representing Sayyid Ibrahimul Khaleelul Bukhari , Chairman, Ma’dinu Ssaquafathil Islamiyya, Kerala, India, pray that this letter reach you in a good health and best of Iman.
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce Ma’dinu Ssaquafathil Islamiyya (www.mahdinonline.com) and invite you to the ‘Encomium’, the twelfth anniversary mega celebration of the institution (www.encomium.tv).
From a humble beginning with one mosque and 110 students, Ma’din has now grown into a major Islamic academic institution in the state of Kerala, governing 25 establishments with more than 6000 undergraduate and postgraduate students.
Ma’din prepare its students for various disciplines in the fields of Al Quran, Al Hadis, Shariah, Theology, Usuluddin and Fiqh. We also introduce subjects in the field of Communication, Humanities, Social Sciences, English and Arabic languages, as well as Science and Technology. The College further provides free special education for Muslim orphans, deaf, visibly impaired and mentally retarded and for the poor and needy.
Ma’din has completed twelve years of compassion, tolerance, mercy and love and become an ardent symbol of truth and righteousness in the moral vista of social and spiritual renaissance. We have produced many Islamic graduates in various fields and professions
Every year Ma’din organize activities such as Ramzan, Meeladunnabi etc around one million people attended each of those activities. The anniversary of 12th year, the ‘Encomium’ which was inaugurated by Habib Umar Hafiz in April 2008 will conclude in April 2009. The Encomium ends with the mammoth gathering on April 9 -12, 2009. World-renowned personalities and great scholars will be present at this function. We would like to invite you to attend this historic celebration.
