An exceptional human being, an exceptional man with exceptional intellect and insight, Abu Hamid al-Ghazali is one of the greatest Ullema of this Ummah. His knowledge in areas of jurisprudence, theology, tasawwuf and philosophy is well known, not only by the Muslims but also by the non-Muslims.

A DVD about the life of Imam Ghazali is now available, it is entitled Al-Ghazali the Alchemist of Happiness and after seeing the trailer I am really keen to purchase it for myself.

Imam Ghazali (ra) is one of those great saints of the past that simply inspires, I have studied and read some of his works but as yet I have not learnt about his biography, this DVD will Inshallah paint a picture of the man that has inspired millions.
