Munaqib Productions have created, for the benefit of the English speaking world, a translation of the beautiful poem known as “Iqd al-Jawhar fi Mawlid al-Nabiy al-Azhar “The Jewelled Necklace of the Resplendent Prophet’s Birth”

The poem was penned by Al-Barzanji, a hafiz of Qur’an and a master of its many sciences including its canonical readings, morphology, syntax and logic. He was an extremely pious man and was an excellent scholar who taught at the Mosque of our beloved Prophet Muhammad .

The poem itself beautifully praises the noble and blessed Prophet Muhammad with descriptions of his life, before and after Prophethood, his personality and speaks about the events that shaped his amazing life.

Munaqib Productions have again managed to create something very special and provide another beautiful gift to the ummah.  May Allah envelop them in His Mercy. Amin
